Terms of Service

1. Adults only (18+)
Fantasy Playland is intended only for people who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher). By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. We may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity on your account. Provide a valid email address and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Fantasy Playland to create content that depicts minors in any sexual or suggestive context, depicts real people without their consent, is illegal, harassing, hateful, or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. AI-generated content
Images and videos are generated by third-party AI models and depict fictional personas. Output may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use and publish generated content, including labelling it as AI-generated where required.
5. Ownership
Subject to these terms and the providers' terms, you may use content you generate. We keep the rights to the Fantasy Playland service, brand, and software.
6. Usage and fees
We record how many images and videos you generate. Paid plans, if offered, will be described before you pay.
7. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription fees, one-time purchases, and any credit or token top-ups, whether or not you use the credits you bought. Cancelled or unused balances are not paid back, and we do not issue partial or prorated refunds. If a payment fails, is charged twice in error, or a plan is billed to you by mistake, email us at support@fantasyplaylands.ai and we will correct it — including a refund or credit of the amount charged in error. Where consumer law in your country gives you a right to a refund, that right is not affected by this section.
8. No warranty; liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or stop the service. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Ending your account does not create a right to a refund of fees already paid.
